Particularly with high value properties, it can be helpful to commission professional photography and even a specialised brochure. What price do you place on selling your property sooner or for even a few percent more?
Architectural and Interior Photography used to be a prohibitively expensive for this purpose needing, specialist equipment and techniques. However using the latest digital technology I can supply images at a fraction of the time and cost of traditional techniques. Colour matching, multiple exposures, extreeme contrast ranges and perspective correction are all easily handled in the digital format.
Fixed price packages are available for Architects and Estate Agents. In conjunction with my design partner Two Degrees North we can also provide a package of brochure and photography at a fixed fee.
